Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 6, 2026

Your trust matters to us. This page explains, in plain words, what information we collect, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

The short version: we only collect what we need to coach you. We never sell your data. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your health information is only used to keep your training safe.

Who we are

This website, underdogcoaching.us, is run by Underdog Coaching LLC, a California limited liability company ("Underdog Coaching", "we", "us"). Archer Pann is the founder and coach.

[Archer: add your business mailing address here.]

What information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact form: first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), the reason you contact us, the plan you are interested in and your message.
  • Booking a call: when you book through our calendar (provided by Calendly), Calendly collects your name, email address, the time you pick and any answers you give.
  • Coaching clients: if you become a client, we also collect your health questionnaire (PAR-Q), signed agreements, training goals, progress data and messages with your coach.
  • Payment: there is no payment on this website. If you become a client, payment is handled by a payment provider. We do not store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically receives technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit and the date and time of your visit. This is needed to show the website to you and to keep it secure.

We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, session recording or chat widgets on this website.

How we use your information

  • to answer your messages and questions,
  • to schedule and hold your free consultation and coaching calls,
  • to create, adjust and deliver your training program,
  • to set up and manage your coaching plan and payments,
  • to keep the website safe and working,
  • to follow the law and protect our legal rights.

We only send you marketing emails if you ask for them. You can stop them at any time.

Health information

Coaching people after an injury means you may tell us about your health, for example an injury, pain, surgery or a stoma. This is sensitive information, and we treat it with extra care.

  • We only use it to keep your training safe and to plan your program.
  • We never sell it and never use it for advertising.
  • We only share it with your doctor or physical therapist if you ask us to.
  • Please do not send medical records through the contact form. We can talk about details in your consultation.

Underdog Coaching is not a health care provider. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We use trusted service providers who help us run the business. They may only use your information to provide their service to us:

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or if the business is sold or transferred.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set its own cookies, and it does not use analytics or advertising trackers. That is why you do not see a cookie banner.

Some third-party services can still receive data from your browser:

  • Google Fonts: your browser loads the font from Google, so Google receives your IP address.
  • Images: some photos are loaded from an image service, which receives your IP address.
  • Calendly: the booking calendar only loads when you click a booking button. Calendly may then set its own cookies. See Calendly's privacy policy for details.

We do not allow third parties to collect information about your online activities across different websites through our website.

If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent before they load.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) or "Global Privacy Control" (GPC) signal. Because we do not track you across websites and do not sell or share your data for advertising, there is no tracking for these signals to turn off. If we change this, we will honor these signals.

How long we keep your information

  • Contact form messages from people who do not become clients: up to 12 months.
  • Client records (agreements, questionnaires, program and payment records): as long as you are a client and then as long as the law requires, usually up to 7 years for tax and legal reasons.
  • You can ask us to delete your information earlier, unless we must keep it by law.

Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We only work with reputable service providers and limit access to your information. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data. If there is a data breach that affects you, we will inform you as the law requires.

Children

This website and our coaching are for adults (18 and older). Clients under 18 can only train with us with the written consent of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you think a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your California Privacy Rights

We are a small business. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), we are currently below the thresholds that make the law apply to a business. We still want you to have control over your data, so we voluntarily give everyone these choices:

  • Know: ask what personal information we have about you.
  • Correct: ask us to fix information that is wrong.
  • Delete: ask us to delete your information (unless we must keep it by law).
  • No selling: we do not sell or share your personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
  • No discrimination: we will never treat you differently for using these rights.

How to review or change your information: email us at hello@underdogcoaching.us. We will answer within 45 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.

"Shine the Light" (California Civil Code § 1798.83): we do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top always shows the newest version. If we make important changes, we will show a notice on the website.
